Beneath the fake blood and cheap masks of countless haunted house attractions across the country, there are whispers of truly terrifying alternatives. Looking to find an authentic, blood-curdling good fright for Halloween, five friends set off on a road trip in an RV to track down these underground Haunts. Just when their search seems to reach a dead end, strange and disturbing...。飞驰而来的电车，狠狠地撞向了大学生玄野计（二宫和也 饰）以及他初中时代的好友加藤胜（松山健一 饰），但是他们好似凭空消失了一般生死不明。记者菊地（加藤晴彦 饰）通过监控录像目睹了这一幕，同时对东京接二连三的失踪案和爆炸案备感兴趣，于是展开了独立调查。网络上一名神秘之人则时时更新这些案件背后的秘密，菊地在渐渐了解到Gantz的存在。他将目光锁定在高中生西（本郷奏多 饰）、美女岸本（夏菜 饰）和中年大叔鈴木（田口トモロヲ 饰）的身上，透过他的调查，这些杀戮游戏的参与者的现实一面也逐渐展露。与此同时，危险也慢慢向菊地逼近…… 本片根据漫画家奥浩哉的同名原著改编。。
