"Daughters of the Dust" tells the story of a family of African-Americans who have lived for many years on a Southern offshore island, and of how they come together one day in 1902 to celebrate their ancestors before some of them leave for the North. The film is narrated by an unborn child, and ancestors already dead also seem to be as present as the living.。杨志玲、大师等五个曾经受过感情/心理伤害的年轻人，一起经营了一家“魔方事务所”，用来帮助客户完成各种心愿和需求。并希望通过这样的天使业务，帮助自己和更多的人疗伤。然而却遇到了各种怪咖和奇葩客户，着实让志玲们费劲心思，险些招架不住。20个或荒诞、或搞笑、或温馨、或感动的故事，也就由此展开。。
