以第151屆直木賞得獎作黑川博行撰寫的小說作品「破門」為基礎改編的作品，故事講述能言善道卻吊兒郎當的建設顧問二宮啟之（橫山裕）和黑道成員桑原保彦（佐佐木藏之介）投資電影製作沒想到欠慘遭製作人捲款而逃，兩人為了追捕帶著電影資金逃亡的電影製作人，一路從日本追到澳門，展開了跨海討債大戰。在這一路驚險的過程中，沒想到兩人惹上的更大條的麻煩，陷入更大的危機漩渦中…。周除夕隐瞒南郭绣圣身份做学徒，展技艺抗倭，却遭袭失忆，被救后受触动决心重拾刺绣，后入绣坊胜沈菲获参赛资格。大赛中虽遇挫，但在顾寒声鼓励下恢复记忆夺冠。赛后新年，顾寒声求婚，二人携手守护刺绣技艺与爱情。。Aspiring filmmakers Mel Funn, Marty Eggs and Dom Bell go to a financially troubled studio with an idea for a silent movie. In an effort to make the movie more marketable, they attempt to recruit a number of big name stars to appear, while the studio's creditors attempt to thwart them. The film contains only one word of dialogue, spoken by an unlikely source.。
