外科醫生九十九勝己（三浦貴大）因醫療事故被逐出醫院，走投無路下，透過恩師的介紹來到神酒診所。位於高級住宅區的神酒診所，二樓以上是設備精良的醫療環境，由院長神酒章一郎（安藤政信）率領。醫術精湛的密醫，為需要隱藏病情的大人物們治療。面試那天，勝己目睹章一郎高超的執刀技巧大受震撼，決定要在神酒診所為拯救人命盡最大努力。但事實上，神酒診所暗地裡還提供其他服務，勝己不得不捲進事件當中，也發現自己的醫療事故另有隱情……。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer. Doctors successfully replace his member with that of the dead man, but refuse to tell him the full story of the organ's origin.
