影片故事背景一如上集，但是今次出现肆虐艾密迪海滩的大白鲨，却是一条满含恨意，一心前来报“杀夫之仇”的母鲨。。奇门派和五毒派为江湖两大门派。两大门派为了“皇家龙种花落谁家”而各施其法，误打误撞地揭发了企图让皇帝（陈浩民饰）得不到子嗣而待其驾崩后坐上皇位的皇叔的阴谋。皇叔派出潜伏在皇后（胡然）身边的五毒派弟子秀明（甄淇饰）试图毒害皇嗣，而秀明却阴险狡猾另有企图，对皇叔并不忠心，趁机为己谋私利。反而奇门派的多美（邱意浓饰），为人善良，大大咧咧，总是乐从天降，化险为夷，更对权势亳不留恋，倾心于英俊勇猛的萌笨直男侍卫太阳（何浩文饰），二人合力化解皇叔之乱，不恋名利，欢天喜地浪迹天涯。。Saturday Night Live aired its eighth season during the 1982–1983 season on NBC.
